We love staying here and use it when we are visiting our daughter at Uni. It's an ideal location and we are only a few minutes walk from the bars and restaurants for the evening . It's also super close to the racecourse if people are visiting for that. The rooms are finished to a high standard and offer a comfy relaxed stay.

Lovely and comfortable stay

The room was nice, clean and very comfortable. Shower was good. The code you had to input into the door handle which is a new technology for me. Very conveniently placed near centre with a free parking space which was great (reserve before your visit). Staff friendly and helpful. I went for my birthday and read the ‘exceptional’ reviews and sorry maybe it was just the room we had but I wouldn’t agree. There was nothing that made it stand out I.e touch of luxury maybe bath in room. Lovely view… there was nothing wrong with the room but I expected more for the money we spent especially as we stayed on a Sunday when rooms normally cost less

Gorgeous small hotel .

Beautiful small hotel in a good location close to Chester city. Parking at the back of the building. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was gorgeous, super comfortable bed and good quality linen and towels. Extremely clean and tidy. Great facilities. Highly recommended. We would definitely return.

This is a wonderful boutique property in a very safe area. There is a cafe on the corner and is only 5 mins from the main shopping in Chester with so many options for dining and relaxing. The staff were very welcoming and this was the best hotel stay I can remember.

A spacious, well decorated, quiet room in an optimal area to see what Chester has to offer. Tracy and Amy were very friendly, answering any questions that we had, making sure we were comfortable during our three-night stay. Would recommend!

Nice place, no breakfast no drink options sadly...

I stay in Chester for Business and I thought I would book a different hotel than my usual. A lovely room, modern with nice tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits. Nice toiletries too from The White Company Noir collection. However, no Breakfast, no Bar.....no food & beverage at all. This is rather inconvenient as it would be nice to even be given a breakfast hamper, e.g. pastries, juices and yogurts. So you have to go elsewhere for breakfast. As I stay for work purposes, this hotel is not convenient for my purpose of travel.

Highly recommend the Seven in Chester

Excellent decor.A very comfortable room that didnt feel like a hotel but a luxury bedroom. The most spotlessly clean hotel we've ever stayed at and we've been around the world. New and excellent quality finish decor. Wish you included a small shower head was the only wish. Loved the digital door entry to the property and especially to the room and the small touches of the tea facilities and the fridge.Excellent stay..Thank you to the staff.
