Hottub use till 10pm and all noise to be stopped outdoors Birthdays and celebrations can be held here by arrangement no DJ equipment to be set up
Strip off bed linen when checking out, all rubbish from inside house to be removed or a £100 cleaning bill will be added
A £150 Cleaning Fee will be charged if pets are found to have been in the property.
