This is our favorite place to stay in chetumal, right near the park and alot of food vendors - beautiful view of the sea from the pool rooftop, and really nice large rooms. Always a comfortable stay.

Tiny little boutique Hotel only stayed one night so we could catch the ferry to Belize. But there are good restaurants within walking distance, the staff was so nice and welcoming, the room was perfect, and it was worth what we paid. We would definitely stay here again for a longer amount of time to explore the whole area.

It was just a 1 night stop, on our way from San Pedro Belize to Playa Del Carmen. It was OK The bathroom was clean. Pick-up/drop-off provided was convenient. We didn’t get the room that we booked; instead we were given a room that has 1 sunroof window; no view of the outside. Our room was like a dungeon. MOSQUITOES buzzed around and kept me up all night.

On arrival at ALA Residences, we decided to upgrade ourselves to one of the loft suites (with kitchen, etc) and we couldn’t have been happier - spacious, great facilities, excellent WiFi and TV, comfortable, etc, etc. Great staff too.
