Mattresses look old like sheets and towels. The hotel look like they don’t give it maintenance. The service was terrible. Housekeeping named Edith was super friendly her service was excellent great service.

The hotel was very clean and at a great price! Amazing customer service all around. Housekeeping does a phenomenal job keeping everything spotless, and the receptionists are so kind and helpful. The breakfast is delicious (and included!) — they seriously need a tip jar because it’s that good. Definitely staying here again next time I’m in Chetumal! 🙌

The room had a smell of paint. The AC shut off 3 times, had to go to the front desk in the early morning for them to fix the issue and the room got hot quickly

There was extreme banging noise as if construction was taking place in the floor above ours, beginning late evening all the way through 3 AM. That was VERY VERY frustrating. No way to sleep with that noise.
