The best part was the location, within a walking distance from the ferry dock from Belize. The second best was the service in the restaurant. The rest was in a one star category. The bed sheets were old raggedy and uninviting with polyester feel. You called me your guest. Maybe you could demonstrate how much you cared instead of focusing on just profit. By the way fix the water pressure and the water temperature control. I was on level one. Couldn't imagine what it would be like to stay on the top floor.

Free breakfast for one is ridiculous when there were 2 of us! After getting her breakfast she was informed she had to pay extra because only fruit and yogurt were allowed after she had eaten half her meal… Very misleading and totally unacceptable!
