Remodeled apartment close to downtown Cheyenne. Located across the street from the library, coffee shop, close to restaurants and downtown. Everything you need and great service. This is a cute home that was built in 1917, the apartment has a great sunroom with the dining room table and the kitchen is located at the back of the home through the bedroom. Set up is unique but this home has character and is very cozy. Full access to the apartment and access to the shared yard. I will not be on site but will be available if needed. Great Apartment across the street from the library Public transportation is available, Uber, and Lift. House is within walking distance of downtown Cheyenne, only a few blocks from the Capitol building. 2 steps into the property.
