Everything was wonderful. The room was so spacious and clean and layout well thought out. The bathroom is modern and spacious shower and water pressure. Kitchen area was clean. Loved the appliances and place settings. Made my stay homey
Thin walls and ceiling, had to unplug tv to turn off tv, ac was constantly turning off before reaching temperature, I think it was motion activated so it turned off when I was sleeping. Breakfast was brown bananas, coffee milk was spoiled.

It was an awesome hotel. After arriving from a long traveling day from New York it was so nice to have such a wonderful welcome from your staff. The rooms were immaculate, the free breakfast was delicious with many options of food. Extra shout out to Zay who worked the front desk. Great person to have as a welcome person!
Exceeded expectations and was impressed at the friendliness of the staff, one in particular being the custodian James. He greeted us with kindness and positivity each time we saw him! Thanks for going the extra mile in your job James!
We loved the facilty and it's amenities. Breakfast was outstanding with almond milk for dairy free diets! However, the traffic noise was loud, even in the rooms.

Never again.
I've been staying w/ this brand for many years. This was the worst. I arrived early w/ the hope that I could get a room closer to the entrance/elevator to move some expensive equipment into the room. The clerk (not ONE smile) put me in 330. 3rd floor. At the farthest point away from the elevator. I checked with the morning clerk and he told me they had 30 unfilled rooms that night. The breakfast was mediocre. The 75.00 pet fee is a gouge (make it a deposit???) Never again and you need to teach that clerk some manners.
