Decent room, nice floors and comfortable bed. Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. Hallways need to be vacuumed, the AC unit in the room is old and could use an upgrade

Registation desk was amazing. Phone did not work. Had people blarring TV until 3:10 a.m. i ended up pounding on the wall to get them to turn TV down. Coffee was horrible extremely strong.

The area was awful and unsafe. The broken down apartments behind us our window view had two law enforcements agents banging on a door. Next door was several unvacant dwelling condemned. Plus the hotel had mattress old ones overflowing from the trash bin outside. The blow dryer was broken and the clerk said sorry we don't have any owners are going to replace at another time.

Room was ok

Room was nice but had a bad smell. Seemed very clean, sheets appeared fresh, the room just had a funky smell. The rest of the hotel smelled fine. Everything seemed clean but they do allow pets so maybe that accounted for the bad smell in the room. Otherwise it was a very nice hotel. I was able to sleep fine and continue my travels.

Not sound proof. You could literally hear everything from the hallway and the room next to you. We were traveling with a baby and she kept waking up from all the noise. Besides that it wasn't a smoke free room and had to rinse off hair from the bathtub before bathing my baby. There were dogs everywhere which I hated as well
