Poor. Very misleading.

Chose this as was listed as being part of Radisson. It's a Motel6. Breakfast consists (no dining area btw), muffin, pastry and nicotine flavoured coffee. Nothing more. The pool, granted listed as seasonal, but if August isn't seasonal then..., Pool was green. Not just a little bit, but fully fledged green slime with litter thrown in for good luck. The room was dirty and rushed cleaned (the dead fly stuck to the wall was a nice touch). On the plus side the bed was super comfy. WiFi was good signal but phones struggled to actually do anything that involved more than sending a WhatsApp message. If by renaming a Motel 6 as a Radisson was hoping to bring more guests in, then be prepared for negative feedback. The property lacked investment and tlc. Quite simply a truly awful experience but ONLY because it didn't deliver on any promises. Don't advertise free breakfast. Put complimentary (poor) snacks. Don't put heated pool. Put closed due to lack of maintenance. Check-in and out was ok and friendly enough. Oh, and if you awake in the middle of the night wondering why it sounds like someone has an angle grinder out in the carpark - there is a railway track 50ft from room. Sleep well. Rename if Motel5. @radisson - be ashamed.

Basic essentials are just fine. Updated bathrooms are a nice feature. I’m concerned with the big crack in the door (light/air) weather stripping could fix. No vent cover to aim the air (dust/dirt), and the corner piece of the rubber doesn’t quite cover the inch-long staples coming from the doormat (wear house shoes when close to that area. Dangerous!

The motel needs updating. There is no place to put clothes, so you can’t unpack. No fridge, no coffee .

It felt as if they got partway through renovating and then decided it was good enough. The toilet ran constantly and loudly, and wasn’t quite secured to the floor. The bathroom outlet didn’t work, and the bathroom fan was incredibly loud. The walls hadn’t been patched where new furniture/counters had been placed. Incredibly bright flood lights outside left the room bright at night, so it needs black out curtains or something. It just felt unfinished. The bed was very comfy though, with lots of pillows.

This was awful and used to be a motel 6. Bathroom still had hairs in the sink and shower curtain dirty. So called breakfast was a joke. Free breakfast was false advertising. Drunk noisy people walking past the room in middle of night. Price was a scam.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the property was rundown. I didn’t expect a lot, but it was disappointing to not even have hand soap in our room. The pool was not as clean and clear as the pictures indicated.

Don’t stay here! It stunk of cigarettes. The ceiling was caving in. It didn’t seem very safe around the area. The staff didn’t seem to have any idea which rooms were already occupied because they assigned us to an occupied room. For the pice that we paid for that place, complete rip off!

Total cluster from the start

Reserved two rooms with 2 queen beds for 4 people. Hotel didn’t save 2, but only had 1 double/double bed. All hotels in town booked up due to event. Very frustrating.

The room was dirty, dirty towels were in our room when checked in, the room smelt like cigarettes and hair was found all over the room, in the bedding and bathroom, stuff on the curtains and walls and the fridge didn’t work at all. Once during our trip none of our key cards worked and they said that the room was listed vacant even though we already payed for two nights and our belongings were still in the room. Cheap stay but wouldn’t say I would return.

NEVER AGAIN!

The front desk staff was great, but once we were in the room, ending went downhill fast! There was dirt on the mat right in the door, there was on open wall socket with bare wires right by the bed, the roiket seat bolt bolts were not tightened so the seat almost fell off, and the refrigerator was turned off and has a horrible smell. I went to the front desk when we noticed the wall socket, was told someone would be right there. He came, looked at it, said it was for a phone and would be back with at least a face plate to cover it. NEVER CAME BACK, EVEN AFTER CALLING THE FRONT DESK AGAIN AFTER 2 HOURS! E didn't say anything about the toilet seat a it was an easy fix. I cannot believe that Radisson is putting their name to this place! My opinion of the Radisson brand just went in the toilet!
