Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The photos shown for this property were completely misleading and did not reflect the actual hotel. In reality, it is just a small building located away from the main road, with poor road access and inadequate lighting. I expect to conduct proper due diligence before listing properties. Displaying inaccurate photos undermines customer trust. This experience has significantly reduced my confidence, and I hope stricter verification measures are implemented to prevent other travelers from being misled.
