NEM TINY HOUSE · Chianciano Terme | Val d'Orcia. NEM Tiny House is a completely renovated design apartment located in Chianciano Terme, 200 metres from the Terme di Chianciano and a few minutes from the heart of the Val d'Orcia.
A fully renovated flat for up to 4 guests: double bedroom with an upholstered headboard and warm lighting, open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed. Matt black fittings, a solid wood washbasin shelf, handmade cement tiles, an olive-green kitchen with hob, oven and microwave. The private balcony with a wooden table is the place to end the day with a glass of local wine. Washer and dryer are available in a separate laundry area outside the apartment, reserved for our guests. A wine cabinet at controlled temperature is at your disposal for the bottles you bring back from the cellars of Montepulciano and Montalcino, both under 30 minutes away. Free on-street parking right nearby, at no extra cost even in high season. Digital check-in, 24 hours a day. Chianciano thermal baths are 200 metres away, Montepulciano 10 minutes, Pienza 20, Siena 45, with easy access to the A1 motorway.
Self check-in with a smart lock, between 16:00 and 20:00, free of charge within that window. Once the online registration is complete you receive the code together with photos of the building and the flat door. If anything goes wrong, message us on Airbnb chat and we will get you in. We answer every day from 9:00 to 20:00. Please complete the online registration before you travel, not on the doorstep. Italian law requires us to register every guest before entry. So that nothing is a surprise, here is what is in the flat and what is not. What you will find: bed linen and towels for the number of guests booked, toilet paper for the first days, one dose of dishwasher detergent, pots, pans and all cooking utensils, a broom and dustpan. What we do not provide: food and seasonings (salt, oil, pepper, coffee) and consumables such as hand soap, laundry detergent, tea towels, bin bags and kitchen paper. Shops are within walking distance in the centre of Chianciano. The balcony: please no smoking and do not drop anything below. Run the washer and dryer between 08:00 and 22:00 only.
