One of the best hotels I have stayed in - and for the price, it is a must-stay! The rooms are excellent - plush and luxurious; staff are incredibly attentive and kind; amenities are great and the location is great. Also - the included breakfast is extensive and delicious! They have western, chinese and my favorite - local thai dishes all included with the room! I would rate this place more than 5 stars if I could - but since that's not possible, 5 stars will have to suffice. Highly recommended!

The hotel and staff were amazing. Our room was very nice, came with Netflix logged in for use. The pool was refreshing after a day of sightseeing. The staff helped book our elephant tour and the breakfast was amazing. The area is walkable with a temple right across the street. We received a welcome drink, tea service and 2 meals all complimentary. Would definitely stay here again when in Chiang Mai.

Great location in the center of the Old Town. We booked a balcony room overlooking Wat Phra Singh which I would recommend because many rooms face interior courtyards. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is excellent.

A fabulous hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 99 The Heritage Hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive and very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Our room was big and very clean. It was a great location to view the Old Town and the Sunday night market. Everything else felt in good walking distance. We would highly recommend.
