A little too artsy farty to be practical ?

The staff were obliging and excellent allowing us an earlier Check in was so helpful since we just came from a long flight from Vancouver via Taipei - front office manager Nim was very attentive and a big shout out to TJ from your restaurant ! He really should be at the front office or in charge of concierge because he was so informative and helpful. Goes above and beyond to help us when we asked him about something. The particular room we had however was a bit of a hit and a miss. While it’s a good size, we find it lacks storage spaces. The open concept may be a little too open and a few drawers wud have been nice to have to store our delicate wear. If you’re stay a couple of nights …this will work but if you’re planning to stay much longer - this room is lacking the finesse. The bathtub has several steps - it’s like an accident waiting to happen. We do like the size of the bathroom tho. We also feel the art nouveau idea of having 2 lamps structure located right above the desk was superfluous as we keep knocking on them when we’re trying to make our coffee. Location of this hotel is unbeatable !!! There’s just so much to like about this property based on staff and location alone.

A unique boutique hotel, stylish via art themes throughout the property. Comfortable, well appointed room. Great staff who obviously enjoy working there, providing friendly, attentive and efficient service. The immediate neighborhood has many restaurants, bars, shops, galleries and services within easy walking distance. And there is a major shopping mall (Maya) also close by. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is good overall. We had a little incident upon check-in as we had reserved a room with 2 beds but we were offered a King bed instead as the hotel was full. After discussing with the staff, they gave us a complementary drink for the inconvenience. The hotel is well located in a walkable area. The facilities are clean and you get 4 free bottles of water per day which is pretty nice. The elevator’s buttons are a bit difficult to use. The breakfast staff was very friendly but you can skip breakfast as there are not many options. The pool closes at 8 pm and it’s not heated.

Perfect Spot in Nimman

Great location in Nimman area, with lots of great bars, restaurants and shopping. Good sized room, well equipped with everything you need. Great breakfast buffet, very friendly and helpful staff.

One of the better hotels I have stayed in . Absolutely amazing location with abundance of coffee shops , boutics, restaurants and even a nice jazz bar The hotel itself is beautiful. Clean with art everywhere . Staff is very welcoming , at the reception as well as at the restaurants and bars. I liked it so much that I have extended my stay by 3 more nights .

The area is really nice to stay in, lots around to do. The art influence of the hotel is fine, nothing to really think too much about. The rooms are fantastic, the breakfast is really good every day, and the service was really nice too.
