The staff member at the resort spoke the best English we found at any hotel in Chiang Mai. After checkout we were able to leave our bags there for several hours as we went around the city, going to different tourist destinations.

The hotel seems understaffed and in need of a lot of maintenance. The receptionist that was working when we checked in (around 7pm) seemed like the only staff on site. On check-in, our room was missing toilet paper, tissue, soap. The slippers were dirty, but most importantly, the safe was not working. The receptionist did her absolute best to solve our issues, but she wasn't given many resources. Also, the hotel is very close to the airport so expect to hear airplanes from around 7am-1am.

비행기 활주로 근방이라서 나의 방 위로 커다란 비행기가 이륙한다. 비행기에 그려진 로고와 상호가 분명하게 보인다. 너무 시끄러워서 고통 이었다. 돈받고 투숙한다 해도 절대 가고싶지 않은 최악의 호텔이다. 택시 콜 써비스도 않된다. 써비스 되는 것이 별로 없는 호텔이다. 내가 다녀본 호텔중 최악이다.

Do not stay here for its proximity to airport

Stayed here before going to the airport for an early morning flight. Sadly despite being right next to the airfield you get all the disadvantages of being next to an airport (very loud as the plane lands) and non of the benefits as it still takes 20 minutes to get to the airport so would be better to stay somewhere else as Chiang May is so small. The swimming pool was filthy and the 'gym' was a few pieces of equipment next to the swimming pool. The equipment wasn't plugged in so wasn't really working. The restaurant at the hotel was okay.

Hotel in Flughafennähe, damit verbundener Fluglärm hat uns nicht gestört. Zimmer sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Balkon mit Blick in den Garten sehr schön. Frühstück lecker und abwechslungsreich, z. B. frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Problem im Zimmer mit einer losen Handtuchhalterung und einer ausgehakten Gardine. Haben dem Zimmermädchen einen Zettel und Geld aufs Bett gelegt. Leider wurde beides erst repariert nachdem wir abends ein zweites Mal darauf hingewiesen hatten. Sonst war alles bestens.

In our lst day the plumbing in the toulet broke and before going to bed we have to pack and move to another room. Which was titing as we were out for the whole day One lady from breakfast area (2nd day) don’t smile at all, nor greet you. Seems like she is not enjoying her job. I didnt ask for her name as it was too early to ruin my day. We told the front desk that we need the to go breakfast.. when we check out at 6am no to go breakfast.. the staff need to get it right away but only gave us one pack of sandwiich Aside from this chaos, we had a good night sleep and good stay.

Beautiful hotel & very friendly staff, but my BAG WAS STOLEN FROM MY ROOM. I went to the pool, and when I returned, housekeeping had come and made the bed, although I did not leave the “please clean room” sign on the door. When I returned, my bag was gone. It had a lot of money and my bank card inside. To be on the safe side, leave your valuables in the lock box provided.
