Wifi only covers half of the room. There is no space around the sink (to put your toothpaste or anything else) and no soap (we used the shower gel in the shower)

リピーターです。オーナーが変わり、内装特にバスルーム、綺麗になったが、使い勝手が悪い、洗面台がなく、洗面するとき歯ブラシ置きに不便、、溜めた水の逃げ場なく、溢れたら、床水浸し。 シャワーカーテンがなくなり、ガラス張りが半分のため、やはり、シャワーの水がトイレまで飛び散る。 セキュリティの、ビルの扉、外に喫煙所兼ねての談話所、扉開けっ放しで、安全に不安、タバコの煙は建物内に。 以前のオーナーのときは、そのような客もなかった。フロントに改善依頼したが、「扉閉めて」の張り紙のみで、変わらない現実。マンスリー利用者のマナーの悪さ、から、 居心地悪いし、セキュリティの不安、 次回長期滞在や家族では、無しかと。残念です。

とても快適に過ごせました

宿泊前に別の場所に行く必要があった為、大きなカバン2つと小さなカバン1つの計3つを預けたいとお願いしたところ、快諾してくださり大変助かりました。 受付スタッフも親切だし、何よりも夜間の警備員の男性がとてもフレンドリーで荷物を運んだりするのも快く手伝ってくださり、大変助かりました。 部屋もとても清潔で広く、シャワーのお湯もよく出ます。 次回もぜひ利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。
