Excellent stay. It doesn’t have amenities like pool, or bar, or other fluff stuff, however we didn’t plan to stay in the hotel. We planned to see Chiang Mai and this hotel was exactly what we wanted. Was important to have a sofa so we can relax after a day out getting sweaty, having the sofa and not having to sit on the bed. I would recommend this place in a heart beat. If we ever come back to Chiang Mai, we will be staying here.

Chinda Boutique Hotel was in a great spot! Loved being able to walk to everything from temples to great places to eat. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. WiFi speed was good. Very quiet at night. Keep in mind that there are no elevators. Overall a pleasant stay.

Location is perfect, right in the middle of the cultural centre of the old city. The room is comfortable and the water pressure is great

The hotel is outdated but very clean. Hotel is comparable to 1970s. No dining room, no lounge, no bar. Bare necessities. Owner was quite helpful. Hotel is located in old part of the city..Close to markets, restaurants, tatoo place,massage parlours. At night take a taxi, don't walk.

Great staff, unfortunately did not sleep too qwll & they were digging up the road on the second of the 3 nights I stayed. Small cleean hotel with good basic facilities. Shout out to the staff on the front desk, very knowledgable & couldn"t do enough for us (Thank You). Check in & Check out was extremely efficient & trouble free. Hotel backs on to an area where music is played loadly till 2am so not ideal for people with young kids. Ideal for party goers & couoles. Easy walk to bars restaurants & 7 Eleven.

Excellent stay. Highly recommend. Perfect location near great restaurants, a market and easy walk to all of old town. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Spotlessly clean! Rooms cleaned every day. Excellent value! Will stay here every time we come to Chiang Mai

There are some negative reviews, but im glad i didn't let them deter me from booking.. the service was great. the man who checked me in was not only helpful, but he took the extra effort to make sure all of my keys worked and i was happy with my room. My bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, and everything worked as it was supposed to... The one review that caught my attention mentioned arrogant service and cigarette smell.. while its true there are cigarettes smoked inside the main level, its completely open air and could not be smelled anywhere near my room or unless one was presently lit. The service being arrogant? Not even close. I would still be staying there if i had just booked longer and it didn't sell out. I will definitely be staying here again.
