Very friendly and helpful staff at this great value hotel in central Chiang Mai. Nice room with comfortable bed, shower and bathtub in the bathroom. Also great breakfast menu, coffee drinks and smoothies. Nice lobby to hang out in.

The hotel staff are so lovely! The young man working the front desk was super helpful during our whole stay and so kind. They prepared a cute snack with drink upon our arrival too! Excellent value for money.

Fantastic and attentive staff, extremely helpful and friendly, especially with our ‘out of hours’ requests. Hotel is well located in the Old City, within walking distance from every major point, easy to find and get to. It’s clean, very comfortable firm bed. You get what you pay for for a 3*, and is excellent value for money. Very good a la carte breakfast.

We had the best experience staying at Elliebum! From the kind and very helpful staff, to the central location in the old town, to the delicious breakfast and the amazing room... Luxury at a reasonable price.

This boutique hotel is amazing. The only thing I'd mention that could be a negative is that there are no elevators so if you're in the 3rd floor, it's a bit of a chore getting to your room late at night when you're feeling good, if you know what i mean. But that's the only complaint. I love this place. I stayed two different times while in Chiang Mai. 100% worth the price.

the elegant boutue hotel at the good location

One of the best boutique hotels which I have ever stayed. A very good location which can access to lots of attractions but very quiet as well. Its design is very traditional and elegant. A good shower booth and bathtub. Hotel staff's kind and warm-hearted service. I dare to say that all the guests be satisfied with this hotel if they want to enjoy comfortable and private holidays.
