The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us. Each and every member of staff working here is 10/10, friendly, helpful and kind. The room was spacious and clean. Food in restaurant was delicious. Location great. We will be back again based on the staff alone!

Everything about this Room was nice ! AC Was on point! Shower felt amazing, pillows are very comfortable. Walking distance to the main streets, two 7 eleven 6 min away. For our activities the shuttles were able to find us no problem. 9 min from airport was very convenient! Staff is amazing ! Breakfast was included. They were able to hold our bags after check out. And my favorite part , were the koi fish !!

This is a very low key friendly hotel. It is a very small hotel with the basic amenities, but the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Am, Koy, Jo and Lew are excellent at their jobs, and they made the visit to the Gord very enjoyable.

Staff are friendly, very accommodating, and exceeded our expectations. Restaurant had great drink and food options at very reasonable prices. Rooms are spacious, clean and had everything we needed. For those who prefer firm beds, this is the hotel for you. Location is great. Walkable to a couple temples, stores, restaurants, and an amazing massage spa called "Good Herb Massage" that is family-run and very clean.

Staff are patience, polite and very helpful. Breakfast has a few good variety to choose from. The hotel's location is also pretty convenient. After showering, water tend to flow out of the shower area into the other part of the toilet making the floor a bit slippery. Overall experience is good.

Little gem! Great proximity to markets, food vendors and coffee shops. Very homey. Staff were very kind and responsive to any requests. Breakfast great! Disappointed bikes aren’t free anymore.
