Worst hotel amongst the three hotels booked this trip. Staff was not as friendly, least helpful. Area felt safe because of the security but really lack warmth. Booked a suite, which was a good size. Room came with breakfast which was a decent spread, but I’ve had tastier breakfast at other hotels. Booked this place as it came with facilities like gym and sauna, but sauna was not working, steam room had plastic-y smell, some equipment in gym was out of order.

The suite was okay. We liked that it was spacious. The mattress was not a very good one. I think a 4-star hotel should have better, more comfortable mattresses. Breakfast was so-so. Not impressive. But the location of the hotel was good. We were situated on the same floor as a teenaged volleyball team so there was a lot of loud talking in the hallway. Despite these annoyances we still thought the hotel was OK but I would probably choose another one next time.

Absolutely loved it. The staff is way above and beyond anything we've ever experienced. My daughter forgot her iPad and we were at the airport when we got the notice from the hotel. Not only did they bring the iPad to the airport but they insured that we had everything from the room. I cannot thank you and your staff enough for the unbelievable stay we had.
