This spacious semi-detached house is conveniently located near the Old City. There are 3 bedrooms (all with air con), 2 bathroom, comfortable living room and kitchen. Fully furnished. All amenities and services are within walking distance.

The space

The house can cater for all your needs while staying in Chiang Mai. Each bedroom has a large double bed while the living room has a wooden sofa and armchairs complete with satellite TV. A High Speed Wi-Fi internet will keep you connected. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, toaster, tableware (plates, cutlery, glasses etc.) and utensils for basic home cooking. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine.

Nice little vacation house

Nice small vacation house in a quiet street, we really enjoyed the stay. Its well equiped for the price and clean. It's quiet but shops and a food market are just 5 Minutes by foot. We could reach every place in and around Chiang Mai in max 30 Minutes by taxi. If you need a car with a driver for longer trips you can call the agent they recommend. For a 7 seater we just payed 2500 THB for the full day! We definitely can comment the place.
