great location in the old city, lovely rooms. Breakfast buffet was decent from 7am-10am with different choices everyday. The shower was a bit intermittent in terms of hot water and the water pressure was weak at times (assuming this is because when many guests are using the shower).

The hotel is a very hood 3 star hotel. And the rooms are very good. I would rate this hotel 5 on the value for the money. Location is ok, it is a 30 min walk to the market and bazaars Recommended

One unclean bathrobe but otherwise only positives to say. High quality shampoo and conditioner provided. Very central location with everything accessible nearby, kind and patient staff, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic attached restaurant.

Hotel is in an awesome location in the Old City and the staff was very nice, accommodating, and even gave us a welcome drink and snack when we were checking in. The room was clean, comfortable, and all we really needed as a couple. The pool area was peaceful and quaint and allowed us to relax after our daily excursions. The hotel is on a main road making getting picked up for excursions easy and it is also right on the path of the Sunday Night Market which is cool. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Chiang Mai for any length of time.

Spent 2 nights of R&R from our backpacking trip and were super-pleased. Enjoyed chilling by the pool, although the L-shape made swimming lengths interesting. Staff were great, friendly and eager to help. Room was clean, comfortable and we were upgraded to a king sized bed & had access to mini-fridge contents - free of charge! Would recommend.

Love the location and room cleanliness. Staff is friendly however the water pressure is very weak especially in the morning. The water heater was inconsistent will be too hot or cold in between suddenly. Towel with black stain on it for 2 incidents.

We got 5 star treatment by lovely staff, welcomed with a drink and snack then advised anything in the mini bar was free. We had a plate of fruit delivered in the evening. Breakfast was included in my rate and perfect - everything you need. Hotel so clean and I cannot praise how good the staff were at advising and helping us find things to visit. We visited over Songkran so embraced the wet traditions and the hotel did too :) recommend!!

Amazing! This was one of the best hotels I stayed in during my stay in Thailand! The location is great, the hotel is new and clean, the staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful, and the breakfast was better than some of the four star hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Chiang Mai.
