優點: 1. 設備齊全包含冰箱/微波爐/電磁爐/咖啡機/按摩椅 等等.. 2. 地點不錯，出門走路2分鐘可到食品超市，5分鐘可到7-11. 缺點: 1. 廁所僅2間，且1間很小且無置物空間無法洗澡，當人數較多時洗澡會花相當多時間. 2. 隔音不佳，因為是木造建築 且與隔壁連通，可以聽見雙方聲音. 總結: 此價位CP值相當不錯，若以早出晚歸行程來看是非常棒的.
