Very good location for shopping and restaurants. Beds are good and air conditioning works really well. Only problem I had was ants in the room. I was bitten several times. I left for the day and they sprayed which seemed to have cured the problem. I stayed 2 days. The breakfast could do with an update of food types. Only eggs were hard boiled. Coffee was terrible, why too strong and cream didn’t even keep, my second morning I asked for fresh coffee and was told it was make that morning. It had been sitting on the warmer for4 hours so you can imagine how it tasted. She did make more but I think they probably use 4 times as much as needed so it was really strong as well plus had lots of grounds in it. Bed was comfortable even though you could feel the springs when you sit on it, so surprisingly comfortable.

Great location. Near night bazaar and old city. On entry, there was a stench of stale air. Hotel is dated and in desperate need for redecoration.. Windows are high and unreachable on floor. On reaching to open it, the windows sill and surrounding areas were dirty. Breakfast was fair. Good pricing for the nights booked.

Super close to the night bazaar. Was told by the front desk that there was a Sunday night market which was 10 minutes walk away and there is a nigt market within walking distance. I chose the latter. It was not crowded and it was definitely a nice experience shopping for Thai gifts.

Very well located in the Night Market area; close to all amenities; wats; restaurants, etc. The staff at the hotel are really very nice, warm, friendly, polite. Good food - at all times. Thanks for a fantastic time.

Friendly hotel when in Chiang Mai always return !

This hotel is in a great location great staff. The only downside for some people might be the Mosque next door and the call to prayers at various times of the day but it didn't bother me one bit and I liked the hotel so much I have been back since and have booked again for May. You can not beat its location some great little restaurants near by and all the nightlife you could want a couple of minutes walk away.

It is old hotel, but location is good. Compare with the low room rate, it is okay to stay. But some nights are noisy due to the broadcast from market. Complaint for ants in room for couple times, but would not be taken care for few days. Breakfast is included, but only few items and same things everyday.
