I think it is oldest hotel in Chiang Mai

It is old hotel with old furniture, squeaky bed, noisy from outside.The room had not been cleaned at all, the garbage was not carried even once for my 3 days staying at this hotel. But there is small restaurant with good food and cheep prices.

旧市街内、ロケーション良好

旧市街に位置し、窓からは隣のお寺が眺められ周囲は車通りも少なく静か。 ターペー門から徒歩約15分。 部屋:4階のスタンダードルームに宿泊。500バーツ/泊にしては広い。付属品はバスタオル2枚、石鹸、シャンプー2回分、トイレットペーパーひとつ、冷蔵庫に2リットルのミネラルウォーター、コップ、灰皿。 ダブルベッドは固め。気になった点として、エアコンが非常に旧式で使えない。勝手に冷却されて水滴が垂れてくるが、独立のブレーカーを落とす事で解決。扇風機があり、乾季の場合これで間に合う。 バスルーム:水、温水共たっぷり使える。シャワーブースに仕切りはないので、風呂上がりにはトイレまで水浸しなので、我慢できる人なら。浴室には多少カビあり。

長期滞在の旅行者向ゲストハウス ・部屋の設備は冷蔵庫・テレビ・エアコン ・それなりに老朽化が見られる ・7日間滞在したが、ベットメイク・清掃・タオルやリネン類の交換は 　こちらから言わない限り一切なし ・1泊500Bだからまあいいかなと思う ・1階の共同キッチンでは食器や調理器具などを自由に使える ・24時間レセプション人がいて、入口は電子ロックになているので安心 ・部屋で無料Wi-Fi可能
