Nice little find

Service was excellent. Great hotel with very good breakfast. Our room was cleaned daily and was always fresh. However, the bed was against the wall and had only 1 nightstand. So for me to get in and out I had to climb from the bottom.

Located right in the center of the old walled city. RIght by the Sunday night market which is a must see in Chiang Mai. Staff were very professional, friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to assist us with tours, hotel reservations and other tips. The hotel restaurant (where the breakfast was held) opens up to the street in front and served a wide variety of local and other cuisine. Highly recommend if you want something comfortable in the middle of old Chiang Mai.

Terrible. Service is beyond slow. I had to abandon breakfast because it took so long. I asked for cutlery 3 times and it never came. What little food I had I had to eat with the coffee teaspoon. Wasted another hour on check out waiting for food that never arrived. Rooms are very small. The only good thing was a big comfortable bed.

Rooms are modern and well equipped. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great, and lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Sunday street market highly recommended.

The Lanna room that I booked had NO natural light. The single window looked onto another building 3 feet away. This was NOT obvious based on the photos. I had to call Expedia and get us moved to another room. This being the holiday season, they had limited availability, so ended up staying in a really nice room (with lots of natural light!) the first night, and then another room with a balcony for the rest of the stay. Outside of this, we had a good stay here. The staff were nice, laundry was inexpensive, bed was comfy, shower was good. Location is great, very central and walkable.

Great location, delicious restaurant and great drinks, wonderful helpful staff and owner, extremely convenient to shopping, food, temples, all walking distance. Lots to do and they can coordinate excursions or go down street for other options! Great massage studio next door on corner! Rooms are comfortable and clean and spoke English with staff easily. We are from USA. We will definitely come and stay again on another tri to Thailand!

just OK with problems

The room was slanted to one side, obviously so, that our suitcase rolled on the floor by itself. The layout is open but has a long counter and outlets behind curtains. There were signs that you can fined 10,000 baht for regular toilet paper in the toilet. Wow. The breakfast was underwhelming. Made to order was ok but buffet options run out out without timely replacement. It seems pretty messy. Good location but hotel for the price is just OK.

A great visit to Chiang Mai

Nice people, very friendly. Kept our luggage for four days between two visits so we did not have to carry big bags while we travelled in Thailand. Location is wonderful. Right in the middle of the historic city, every thing is walking distance, including food, temples, shops.
