All the facilities got problem everywhere,heat water didn’t work,even we asked to change the room still not work,TV got no signal,the basic stuffs in the room such as face tissue,a bin ,small fridge haven’t been provided. But all The staffs and the helper are nice.

Hotel demonstrated terrible service, despite paying for three days in advance the hotel didn’t let us check in late and therefore we had nowhere to stay.
