A good budget hotel

Overall, a nice hotel for its value. A very nice pool area. One evening we came back starving but were able to get some food in their lower restaurant even though it appeared to be closed. Their breakfasts were good but I wish they had decaf coffee. Overall service was good but I wish the staff spoke more English as it was tough in communicating our needs. I must point out that this was a last minute booking and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel.

Incredible service with airport pickup and drop off. The breakfast was really and excellent and the view from the room was nice. The staff was very friendly and actually got to know us over the course of our stay. The pool was massive and very clean.

When arrived, my wife got a bundle of flowers fro, the management. Daily we also get a fruit basket on our room. Breakfast - was not luxury as in 5 Star-Hotels but you got everything what Westerner like to eat and Asian of course find their favorite dish as well.

Fantastic hospitality and great service from the hotel staff. Paulo and Mona were extremely helpful and friendly, always a smile on their face and made time to make sure you were comfortable and happy. We came back to our room to free plates of fruit and free snacks which was very surprising and pleasing. They also have a money exchange service at the cash desk, the rate wasn't as good as you'd find near the markets but as we were leaving, it would have cost us 200 baht to travel to the market and back so made sense to change it here. The room was spacious with a big king size bed. The decor does need some modernising but we were comfortable. The breakfast is sufficient, with a good selection of fruit, pastries, fresh pancake/waffles, omelettes and more traditional thai food. For the price you pay, I was happy with the stay.

Really enjoyed staying at the Park Hotel. The rooms and facilities are really clean and the staff extremely friendly and nice. The breakfast was amazing and the staff at breakfast service were really nice. The pool is very clean and we had it most of the times to ourselves. The hotel is located about 10 driving minutes from the night market. There is even a free shuttle available. This is great value for money. We would definitely book there again and are happy to recommend it to any traveler on a budget. A great place to stay.
