Great customer service by Tan. Great location , on a busy road with easy access to Night Market.4-5 minute walk to Night Market, and probably 7-8 minutes walk to Old Town. Felt quite safe walking around. Found Toilet in my room was blocked after check in, and the staff member tried to fix it and then finally upgraded my room. Will stay there again.

Disappointing!

This was nothing like it looked on the website, I was very disappointed!! Room was supposedly a deluxe with city views... what I got was a tired, grubby, unclean tiny room with a view of a car park wall, ripped towels, no hot water and a very strange smell. I questioned the staff and was told this was delux. I found them abrupt and unhelpful. The only good things going was that it was quite cheap, I guess this is why!

Stayed here for three nights. On the first night, i went to take a shower and found out my room had zero hot water. They switched me to another room that instead did not have an air conditioner that worked well. Breakfast was sub-par. One morning after eating breakfast on the third floor, I went to take the elevator but the doors would not close, so I took the stairs instead. The staircase was so slippery that I fell and twisted my ankle. When I let the front desk know, they seemed to not understand what had happened. On the last night, I asked if I could have a cab waiting early in the morning to take me to the airport. As I went to check out, I noticed no one had even called for a cab and they ended up being 20 minutes later to pick me up that I asked.

The location was great. I could walk to two major night markets. I loved the people and everything in the hotel mini bar is responsibly priced. The bed in my room was really hard and they only gave my husband and I two pillows. It's a nice hotel for the price and location. But the hard mattress can be a deal breaker for some. Personally I think the mattress helped my back, but can be difficult to fall asleep on

We loved this hotel because it is perfectly located inbetween all the activities we wanted to do while in Chaing Mai ( lantern festival, bazaar night market, etc...) no more than a 7 minute walk away. I recommend requesting a room toward the back of the building if you prefer a quieter space.

Great value for money

We arrived early and was able to leave our bags with the hotel, however there was a fee if you wanted to check into your room early. The location of the hotel is good - close to various restaurants and a short walk from night life and the Night Bazaar. The breakfast was good and all the staff were polite and helpful. The pool however was very small (you couldn't swim in it) and cold. Overall great value for money.

Great location; within easy walking distance from the old city but in a quiet area. Many coffee shops and restaurants nearby as well. Shower had very low water pressure and the layout of the room was a bit odd-appeared as though the building was retrofitted from a previous life-odd windows between the shower and bedroom, etc. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was pleasant as well!

Good location, but very noisey air con

Great location, but the air con was very very loud. Bad design of hotel puts the external unit just behind a door to the room so no sound insulation at all. Also did not get a wake up call I had booked - luckily I woke up in time for my appointment, but that's no thanks to the hotel. Breakfast poor, although a good view from the dining room. Swimming pool very small, didn't use other than soaking my feet in it. If the air con was not so loud I would stay again, but will not because of it.

Small Chiang Mai very good and great value

Good breakfast plenty of choice and a selection of eggs cooked each day. The room was very comfortable and plenty big enough. The surrounding area of Chiang Mai is also lovely with plenty to do ans see and the tour guide within the hotel was really helpful and booked us onto tours ans helped with directions and getting around Chiang Mai. Would definelty recommend and if ever in Chiang Mai again would stay.
