Rooms were clean, all the staff was friendly. Mae was very helpful and advised that she can help to book transport and tours. Mae booked a wondeful Elephant sanctuary tour for us and was helpful in explaining best places to go when in Chiang Mai. For the cheap price the hotel was great. Good location, little noisy!

Nice hotel, rooms very spacious. Reception staff very helpful, and location of hotel is great. It is a little dated, and my only other note would be to request a room facing the back as it’s quite noisy facing the front of the hotel.
