A very decent and comfort hotel, warm and very welcome. Clean and green with local decoration style. Free tea, coffee and bread, jam.

Comfy king-sized beds. Bathrooms and rooms were a bit dated, but suited our basic needs. Breakfast is simple, but sufficient. Beautiful garden. Room didn't get very dark, wore an eye mask I brought to sleep. Complimentary water and clean towels every day, even when you request Do Not Disturb (they hung a bag on our door with the items).

Small, comfortable room. Breakfast was decent. 300 Baht key deposit seemed fishy since they didn’t appear to charge locals a deposit.

okay but not great..

we stayed at this guesthouse for 2 nights, and I was happy to be leaving when we were. The rooms were clean but outdated. No hairdryer, and the shower is really small, I’m not that tall and it didn’t go over my head. The sliding door also didn’t lock from the outside, and the room had no safe. Breakfast was very basic, don’t expect a full Irish or anything. Staff were polite, and the location was okay but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Cheap and cheerful

Guesthouse was quite limited with amenities and beds were not the comfiest. However you pay for what you get. Cheap and cheerful stay. Staff very helpful and friendly

Great stay at Baan warabordee :)

We had a great experience. The staff was very attentive and very helpful with tours and activities. Breakfast was very basic, but we expected it. Location is great!! 5 minutes walk to night bazaar and bus station. 8 minutes walk to clock and other fun areas. 20 minutes to the blue and white temple. Great experience overall and would stay again!!

Disappointed

I was simply disappointed of the service provided. The Television had only local channels and the breakfast was es disappointing feast.The person at the front desk did not bother to provide new plates, any way it was a disappointing breakfast.Further to this I feel that the Hotel rate was to high for this type of set up.

Good location, clean room, and quiet surrounding

The hotel is near the bus station, walking distance to the city center, restaurants and market. The room is very clean, the breakfast is in a nice garden area with a little pond. The front desk staff is helpful. The breakfast is too simple: toast, jam and butter, tea and coffee, and banana. The bread is in tiny pieces and low quality. I would rather eat out. Other than that, I am satisfied.
