The staff are very friendly and helpful; they kindly guided me to a safe indoor spot to park my bicycle. The reception area is amazingly clean, and the shower rooms are spotless with good water pressure. I stayed in the dormitory section on the 3rd floor. The bunk bed rooms and lockers are quite roomy—larger than most budget-friendly accommodations in Taiwan. They don't provide free towels, but that seems to be the norm for this price range here.

Cleanses is top notch, but the following has room for improvements … 1. Temperatures control - common area requires jackets 2. Customer information : an explicit list of what are NOT allowed not available 3. Great idea for the guests to make/break the beds and the linens were clean and ironed to perfect. A list, with illustrations of steps, to help us complete the task efficiently will be helpful. It took me an hour to do a decent job. 4.
