It was good to sleep in. The space is small compared to a regular hotel even for a US motel 6 size. The hotel is quiet and staff are accomodating. The tv doesnt offer any english shows. The room ac doesnt really cool the room but they offered a fan which we used. The location is fantastic. Near a JR station and shops and street food/ restaurants. It is across the park which had an event that weekend.

The staff was very helpful and informative and the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. This hotel is a brisk walk away from the station. I will definitely come back again when I visit Chiba.

Property was clean (microwave and 3 washing/dryer machine available), staff were helpful, lots of dining area around. Room was confortable, quiet. Be aware: you are in Japan so room/bathroom are not huge and closet area is really small. If you have big luggage, you will have to store them everywhere.

The property was reasonably close to Chiba station. The A/C is so noisy and still noisy when switched off, so we didn’t sleep very well even after we purchased ear plugs.

The staff were very nice and helpful but the property itself is not good the room was dirty the sheets weren’t clean and the bathroom was very dirty, I loathed taking a shower in there. They also do not have a safe in the room to put important stuff which was weird. The area around the place was convenient but the room was dirty and disgusting they also don’t have a phone in the room.
