Budget friendly

You get what you pay for. Communication about parking lot availability was not great. Checking in and checking out was easy. The actual apartment is quite lacking compared to the pictures. Unknowing guests from out of town may feel uneasy about the neighborhood. Sirens going all day and night. The location is overall okay due to the fact it's close and an easy uber/taxi ride to where you need to get to. The apartment does have a strong cigarette smell which was noted. The entire building reeks of marijuana. Probably not the best choice for families with little ones.
