YOU FOUND IT! Clean, tons of sunlight, newly renovated 2bd near restaurants & bars, in beautiful Irving/Horner Park (and straight 15min shot to Wrigley by bus or nearby FREE shuttle!). Fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, TV with included streaming services, and internet. Huge shared yard (dogs welcome!), AND a private front porch!

This apartment has a large living room, two bedrooms - one queen bed, one full bed (very comfortable, new mattresses!), and a big kitchen with an eat-at peninsula. Bathroom is fresh and clean with a new large soaking bathtub and a shower (with great water pressure!). The home is on a large extra wide lot so there is a huge shared yard, large patio and with the extra wide lot, sunlight pours in every window.

Very short walk to Irving Park and Addison Busses, 15min walk to the train. Close to Portillos, local bars/restaurants, and Target. The neighborhood is very walkable, and gorgeous Horner Park is a few blocks north (dog park, green space, and a farmers market in the warmer months!).
