The room was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was temporarily closed. The workout room equipment was old and didn't work very well. The hallways had a strong odor. When I requested a late checkout on a Wednesday when they weren't very busy, i was told it would be an extra $100.

We didn’t realize the hotel was under construction. When we booked thru Expedia there was no mention of the construction going on. Initially we got a room that wasn’t cleaned properly. The room had candy wrappers that should have been discarded in the ice bucket. The front desk attendant Alonso wasn’t courteous. We got another room but he wasn’t very courteous nor did he apologize. Eventually a manager came out and apologized to us and the rest of our visit in our 2nd room was ok.

Terribly cold and rude unprofessional under construction and under staffed. Took hours for simple towel requests, and our entire heater needed to be replaced while we were supposed to enjoy our stay the pool heater was still broken although they said it was fixed and it was also freezing could not swim and there was NO gym
