This was my first time staying at an Aloft hotel. This is a very modern place to stay and felt very up to date. Upon check-in, our refrigerator was not running but the front desk staff had it swapped out quickly. It wasn't a big deal for us but convenient that they were able to help with that as quickly as they did. We stayed at the Aloft in the winter, I would like to revisit during a busy season. The front desk and bartender in the lobby were really friendly and made it seam like this was almost like a family run business. I really enjoyed the stay and will likely return next year.

I stayed for 3 nights. Hot water only for 1 morning. Had a cockroach in the shower. One of the linens had a stain on it. After reporting these problems and speaking with onsite management, I was accused of generating AI photos to deceive them. The level of disrespect I have received shows me how much they really care about their service.
