The room had some trash on the floor and a long hair on the blanket. Mattress pad was inside out. The biggest frustration was that we booked the hotel because of the advertised 24hr shuttle to the airport. We were told that the shuttle started running at 5:30 am which was too late for our flight

Staff was friendly. Therer was a sign up sheet for the airport shuttle at the front desk. You just put your room number for the time slot you wanted to go to the airport. The driver showed up early to go to your room to help move your luggage to the car. The drivers for the airport shuttle were friendly. There's an ant crawling and there're hair of the previous guest in the bathroom.
