Driving in, passed through a sketchy area, so was taken aback by that. However, once getting a few streets over and to the property, it is a decent residential neighborhood. The property itself looks as advertised, inside and out, with parking in the rear which is not mentioned in the description. A bit of a surprise was that the house is cooled with window air conditioning units, which is visible in the picture of the outside of the property, when expanded. The units kept the house comfortable with very warm outside temperatures. Considering the interior of the property has floor vents and there is an outside unit, I'm guessing maybe some income needs to be generated from the property before returning to central air. I never made it to the basement, how and why I'm really not sure, but my traveling companion did and I was told it was pretty cool down there. But noted the exterior door appeared flimsy as far as security, but again cannot speak from my own observation. I was looking for a stand alone property outside of the city for this particular trip and this property fit the bill. Checking in and leaving was hassle free.
