1600+ square feet, raised ranch house full BASEMENT ONLY in a half acre lot - spacious living room with 2 bedrooms (King and Queen beds) and 1 full bath. Complete amenities and wet bar area for entertainment. Ideal for short stay, hotel type. Kitchenette and laundry room.
An attached stove in the grill is available in the deck.
New mattresses and progressively updating for professional look. Keyless entry (Yale Nest), full privacy.
The space
Raised ranch house BASEMENT ONLY with 2 bedrooms - a king and a queen beds, 1 full bathroom and spacious living/entertainment room. Tiles throughout the basement-mostly heated floor. Spacious closets.
Entertainment living room has 60 inches smart TV with SONOS playbar attached. Wet bar for social drinking.

Complimentary breakfast -oatmeal, chips/crackers, drinks and other stuff.

It's a smart place with Nest Keyless entry and Nest- Smart Mesh Wi-Fi.

I consistently upgrading my place. It might appear different during your stay but for better and decent look.

So clean and comfortable! Many nice touches, we were very comfortable there. It’s located in a beautiful neighbourhood, and the property itself is very pretty. It wasn’t hard for us to take the train into Chicago a couple of times, the location was perfect. Thank you for a relaxing, comfortable stay!

Everything was perfect! Ran into the host as we were leaving for the museum one day and he was great as well. As we spent most of our days downtown, we were always able to find somewhere near the house for late night dinner and/or snacks. We felt safe during the whole stay and the house included everything we needed and more!

Place was decent for the price had a major ant problem i know tis the season but seriously an issue but reached out to owner he came that day to spray and set traps it honestly did do much to fix the issue because this was a basement listing but appreciated his willingness and honesty.

Our stay in medinah was great. a lot of room, 2 clean bedrooms large open backyard for children , deck for adults with privacy and safe neighborhood with a lot to do in area . Most of all the host Jehu was the best host . he is helpful.we enjoyed our stay during our remodel to our home . Highly recommend. attentive when you need anything

Absolute Gem

Where do start. The neighborhood was absolutely gorgeous. Lawrence absolutely manicured trees just absolutely beautiful living in Texas. We don’t get a change of seasons so to see the different color trees in the yards were amazing. The property manager was very accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything that we needed and even stuff that he didn’t know we needed. we got there on our first day and had a little issue with the TV remote. He promptly went straight out to the repair shop and got a brand new remote and brought it back. Installed it and all in within 30 minutes we had an amazing time.

Comfortable, clean, and classy

What a nice place! Though it is a basement, it feels like a home. Well decorated, well stocked with drinks and snacks, full amenities. Large bathroom and kitchenette was more than adequate for our family of four for a long weekend. We didn’t need to do any cooking.
