You'll have access to the entire first floor, back patio, and yard.

Beautifully rehabbed home, the kitchen, and bathrooms were completed gutted. The entire home has beautiful hardwood floors, and it has been equipped with Central heat and Air-conditioning. A fully equipped laundry room is also available for guests only.

The check-in and check-out processes are easy thanks to our keyless code access. Also, the check-in and check-out times can be flexible depending on availability.

We live next door from our Airbnb, so we can assist right away when needed.

We have a strict NO SMOKING, NO PARTYING, and NO EVENTS in the building policy as we have tenants that live upstairs on the second floor. We ask guests to be respectful by keeping noisy levels to a minimum during their stay. The units are completely separated from each other, and each one has its own entrance.

We're conveniently located between the Jarvis and Morse CTA Red Line stations, both just a short 3-block walk away. The Jarvis station is slightly closer, surrounded by vibrant bars, restaurants, and coffee shops.

Within 2 to 3 blocks, you'll find Sheridan Rd and Clark St, offering easy access to the 147 express bus on Sheridan Rd and the 22 bus on Clark St, both routes leading downtown.

Additionally, the Rogers Park Metra station is just a 5-block stroll from our house, providing a swift and convenient service to downtown. Enjoy a quick 20-minute trip with only 2 stops along the way!

Check-in and check-out times can be flexible depending on availability. We will do our best to accommodate as much as possible.

There is one designated parking spot for guests, as well as easy street parking.

As a guest of this condo, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
