The front desk there are rude, I met 2, first one is a lady, and second one is a man, but all them are very impatient, what’s worse, the room was sooooooo small, I can’t even opened up my suitcase! I won’t choose CitizenM again

Very cool and digitally efficient. Great bar and restaurant—best breakfast we’ve had in a competitive hotel. But tough on older people like us. We were given a ‘wheel chair room’ so we would not have a bed next to a wall. Lots of space there, but no place to put anything or sit. Never saw a regular room.

No heat in two different rooms! Hotel had switched the entire building on AC. Made numerous requests to the hotel staff about the lack of heat. Had to switch to another hotel the following morning. A that time the staff at the front desk stated the engineer stated the building was switched to AC. Hotel Management still would not offer a full refund even though they provided a terrible service and experience. This hotel does not care about their customers and guests. It also took numerous calls from myself, Expedia, and credit card company for the hotel management to answer.When the answered they stated they were going to hold to the cancellation policy. My advice for future guests is to stay somewhere where else. Chicago has much better hotels who value their customers! CitzenM does not value their guests!
