Room was clean, modern and hi tech. Very cramped space, though. Felt a little like a cruise ship room. King Bed was still a king bed but it was literally filling the room from one wall to the other. No iron/ironing board provided. Had to arrange my own parking vs. having guidance to pick one, which is not great when arriving late at night. Breakfast was adequate but not varied or tasty enough to warrant the $20 price tag, even in Chicago.

When i first arrived room wasnt ready they system had crashed so couldnt bill anything to room when we finally get our room only was able to get 1 key for stay go upstairs to room tv wasnt working due to system crash that lasted a few hours same day later on in night lights stopped working had to change rooms never got my 2 free drink vouchers overall just wasnt what i expected

Love the property! Will definitely be back. All of the workers were so nice and helpful. Made our trip amazing. Only complaint the room was a little dirty/dusty. Our sheets needed to be changed as they were covered in hair and dirt. But they addressed the concerns immediately!

Location was convienent for exploring many attractions, TV access was difficult. I am deaf and couldnt get the captioning on and the delay between channel changes was at least 110 seconds. Sometimes turning off the t.v.. breackfast menue was the same. Quiet and clean.
