HORRIBLE & DIRTY

When we pulled into the lot we thought oh no!! garbage in the entry way and parking lot. Large holes in the screens, people lounging in the very small lobby, which was also very dirty and smelled of Hash. WE just turned around and left. I called and cancelled immediately. Went to the Holiday Inn across the street.

The downstairs floor wet in the elevator water on the floor hall dirty but the room was clean and fresh I must say guest service was nice and friendly can do for a up grade

Ants and roaches and beg bugs was everywhere water wasn’t working and then we we laid out the let out sofa it was rat traps on the bed and bed had pee stands and hotel didn’t have towels in pool area and when ask they said they ran out hotel has spiders webs on cover me and my family left and couldn’t enjoy our stay

Absolutely Disgusting

Our room was FILTHY. Hair and stains of various sorts all over. There were holes in the wall that you couldnt even consider patched, no touchup painting done when an appliance was replaced which left puke brown patches on a white-ish wall. The pull out sofa didnt have sheets on it, making the disgusting stain on the mattress blatanly obvious. When we asked for sheets, they wouldnt even bring them up, and the "fresh" sheets we were given had multiple hairs on it. There was a pubic hair on the tub, a hair IN my bed, a torn sheer curtain, and a very obvious blood stain on the heavier curtain. The pictures hainging in the room were filth-covered, and there were grease stains/drips on the headboards where people before us had placed the back of their heads. When brought up to the front desk in the morning, they offered a measley 15% discount.
