Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
They couldn’t locate our booking when we arrived in the middle of the night. After 30 minutes, I was given a room that was available. The floor was dirty to where it caused my kids feet to be black. There was trash falling out of the trash cans outside of the entry door, with trash piling up against the can. Trash piling up near the elevators with front desk sitting on their phone. Given half a roll of toilet paper and front desk unavailable for additional toilet paper, and we bought our own. The hotel is rundown and not maintained.
