This apartment has arguably the best location in all of Chicago. Located in the center of River North and Gold Coast, one block from Michigan Ave, you're steps from the center of nightlife, restaurants, shopping, and Lake Michigan.

These two units are located right next to each other on the same floor of the building. Everything flows around the spacious and sophisticated living rooms and chef's kitchen, offering charming stained glass that bring warmth and character to the space...it's perfect for entertaining.



Your spacious living room is decorated in modern contemporary art and features a large sofa, accent chairs, dining table for 20+ people, smart 65 inch TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible) and bluetooth speaker for entertainment.



Attached to the dining room, the kitchen is outfitted with GE gas-powered ranges, oven and microwave, restaurant sized refrigerator and freezer, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to state-of-the-art kitchen appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, amongst others. There is also a great counter top coffee nook perfect for breakfast.



These one of a kind apartments perfectly located and comfortably sleeping 10+ people and has 6 total bedrooms and 5.5 total bathrooms. Each unit has a main bedroom with a king bed, second bedroom featuring queen beds, and lastly a third bedroom includes two full over full bunk beds comfortable for both children and adults. All rooms have room darkening shades, however they are not blackout blinds.

Please note, there is not elevator in the building and you do need to go up just one flight of stairs to get into the unit.



Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our cleaning services that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is striped and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are washed thoroughly after each stay.



We provide parking in a highly secure garage just a couple blocks away. The garage also accepts daily and nightly parking as well.



To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
