The first level includes a spacious living area, half bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Upstairs you'll find two cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bathtub. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and central heat and air conditioning. Also, enjoy the convenience of an in unit washer and dryer.

This duplex 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment near Loyola Park offers a comfortable and spacious layout perfect for families or groups of friends. The first floor features an open concept living area with a cozy and stylish sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining table, and a half bath. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with comfortable beds, ample closet space, and a full bathroom. The unit also includes the convenience of an easy entrance which is located on the first floor and in unit washer and dryer machines.

**HOUSE RULES**

We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay! To help keep the space safe, clean, and pleasant for everyone, please review and follow the house rules below. Failure to comply may result in cancellation or additional charges.

Shoes off, please. Kindly remove shoes upon entering the unit.

No smoking anywhere inside the unit or on the property. Smoking will result in immediate cancellation and a $200 damage fee.

No drugs, including marijuana.

No illegal activities anywhere on the property.

No parties or events.

No outside visitors.

No overnight guests without prior approval from the host.

Food storage: Please store all food in designated areas and do not leave food out to help prevent pests.

Kitchen use: Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe counters, stove, and microwave. No dirty dishes left in the sink overnight.

Damages: If anything is broken or damaged, please let us know right away so we can arrange repair or replacement.

Checkout cleaning:
Please wash dishes, return moved furniture to its original place, and take out the trash before checkout.
The standard cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning. If the unit is left excessively dirty (dirty dishes, trash left throughout the unit, etc.), an additional cleaning fee of up to $100 may apply.

Towels & linens: Provided for your entire stay. If you need extras, please let us know in advance. A $50 fee applies to cover the cleaner’s trip. Paid laundry facilities are available in the building.

Lost keys: A $300 fee applies for lock and key replacement. Please note that lost keys cannot be replaced immediately, and you may temporarily lose access to the unit and building amenities.

Quiet hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Late checkout: Checkout time is 11:00 AM. Late checkout without prior approval will incur a $50 fee, which covers the cleaner’s waiting time.

Nice, clean property

We enjoyed our stay here, the space was great and the furniture nice and comfortable. As previous reviews have mentioned, there is considerable street noise, so be aware of that. The property was VERY clean and the owner was very kind and quick to respond.

Convenient and stylish stay

Loved the location and the parking was relatively easy until later in the evening - didn’t have any trouble and felt safe in the neighborhood. The apartment itself was cute and the bed was super comfortable. The whole place was very clean, though in need of a few repairs. The two things that were not so great was how loud it was at night and that the cooking pans for making eggs and such were all OLD nonstick that were super scratched up and shouldn’t be used as the by-products of the coating are toxic as they leach into food.

Safe, but noisy

safty is no issue if staying here since you have to have a key to get into the building which is nice. However if you're a light sleeper it may not be the place for you, there is a bus stop right outside and alot of traffic in the area.

Really…really nice

So clean, so thoughtfully decorated, very attentive host. The amenities were great. We really had nothing to ask for. Very cozy to return to after a day of exploring. Great location for walking the Roger’s Park area.

Great place to stay

Stayed for a wrek with my husband and dog. Its a perfect spot to stay. I definitely hope to return soon. If you dont like noise this neighborhood may not be for you. I am a city girl and was able to sleep through it... mostly

Cute with lots of light!

The apartment is darling and well appointed. There's tons of sunlight and the house is comfortable. Public transportation (specifically the L) is a 12 minute walk, and it's a fun, adventurous excursion for shopping or restaurants. The apartment is definitely on a noisy corner. We live in NYC and are accustomed to exterior traffic sounds so it didn't bother us much, but suburban, light sleepers should be prepared.
