Family staycation.

Everything was mostly good. I asked for more towels and blankets and never got them. The pool was gross I didn’t bring my phone during this part but it was hair and debris floating for our morning swim because it was sooooo many people in the pool on the night we stayed. Me and another parent both went to complain and they never cleaned it a kids got frustrated and pulled it out which was gross. But the best part was the breakfast but overall just need to work with service.

Horrible. Beds uncomfortable. TV wouldn’t allow sign into Netflix etc. limited live channels available. Knocking on door at 2:00 am (my daughters room, as well, room next to me). Eggs were runny at breakfast. Charge for parking. Coffee in room terrible. Pool overcrowded all 3 attempts way too many kids lack of adult supervision very loud throwing the pool towels in the water to step on. Room next to me door stood adjar entire stay no idea who in there or why but unsettling. Front desk not too interested in complaining.

For the most part, i always enjoy my stay there. The rooms i usually get are nice. My only issues this time was the tub faucet was very loose it was hard to turn the water on and off. And the pool area. If staff could make there presents known better, the rowdiness of the people in the pool area will be better controlled. Over all i enjoyed my stay.

There were many kids running around the hotel, laying outside in the hall way. Many birthday parties where 10-20 people were all in one room. Pool was overcrowded, food and trash on the floor. Weed smoke in the elevator.
