Excellent stay. Everything about our stay was great especially the staff in the kitchen and bar. Isabel, Irma, Estrella were very helpful and always greeted us with a friendly smile and excellent customer service. Kiana and Mayra in the bar were equally helpful and friendly. We plan to be back in abosix months and will be staying here .

PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK My rental car was vandalized over night at this t hotel. (catalytic converter was stolen) Hilton refunded one night of my stay, but i was still left with $350 insurance deductible. The hotel cited "Park at your own risk" and closed the case. Isn't safe parking at the hotel something we expect? This property is located next to abandoned buildings and has no security cameras. Multiple cars were vandalized that night. Definitely an unsafe location. I expected better guest support from a major brand. Sharing this so others are aware of the parking risk and limited follow-through. PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK

Love the made to order breakfasts with huge variety of things to pick from. If you can’t find something you’re too picky. The evening manager reception also nice added feature with 2 free drinks/person and they had different appetizers with that every night. The staff was all working very hard and everyone we encountered were very pleasant. No complaints about anything!

The accommodations and the staff are top notch! Huge rooms with the most comfortable beds and pillows too. Location is perfect for quick travel downtown, airport and northern suburbs.
