Very nice room overall. Just a few minor things look like it needed to be updated l, but great room for the price. Friendly staff when checking in. Only thing was that later at night, the front desk was completely closed so when we had issues with our key, it was difficult to quickly get help. Overall good hotel.

If I could rate this place below zero, I would—because even that wouldn’t do justice to how terrible my experience was. I am thoroughly disappointed with my stay and would strongly urge others to reconsider booking here. Let’s start with check-in: the staff was unprofessional, rude, and clearly lacked knowledge about basic procedures. They were unable to answer simple questions regarding the accommodations I had arranged prior to arrival. Secondly, I was locked out of my room every single night during my stay because the key cards continuously got demagnetized. After working 10-hour shifts, I returned to the property after 11 PM only to be stuck outside. I had to call customer service to reach someone on-site to let me in—absolutely unacceptable and beyond inconvenient. Third, the condition of the property is shocking. The carpets are filthy, stained, and discolored, making low-income housing look like a luxury hotel in comparison. The baseboards were dirty, the paint was peeling, and everything felt severely outdated and neglected. I will never stay at this property again. Beware before booking. No one should have to spend their hard-earned money on a place that delivers such a poor experience from top to bottom.

I feel the cleaning staff does the best they can with the condition of the units. Front counter gal DJ and mgr on staff were great! Our room was at the end of the hall and whatever was going on caused a vibration that would come and go. Would wake us up.

I called and asked what type of coffee pot in the rooms was told Mr Coffee purchased everything for that. When we arrived was told no Coffee pots also no hair dryers. Rooms old kinda stale. You get what you pay for. Police action two doors down from our room. Smelled like packaging.

The room is like a college dorm room. It was large but spartan. The only amenity was one bar of soap and four bath towels-no hair dryer, shampoo or conditioner. The kitchen was bare. One person in our group couldn’t get the shower to work, and there was no one working the front desk to help. We checked out a day early, even though we paid for the second night. The staff was friendly. Avoid staying here!

Never Again

Never again. The room cleaness was substandar - the room stinked, the forniture was dusty, the kitchen dirty and floors sticky. The kitchen was unsuable - it is not minimally stocked and additional $60 are necessary to get the minimal kitchen gear, not including cleaning supplies nor coffee makers. Also, if you read that the place is an “hotel” that offers toiletries, it is innacurate. It is not an hotel- for $97/night you get a place to sleep with a wc and shower, stove/microwave and fridge ( no closets). Shared areas like elevator stinked of cigarettes. We end up leaving one day earlier, loosing money rather than enduring one night more.
