The staff was friendly and the hotel was comfortable. However, it didn’t meet our particular needs. For one they list shuttle service to airport, but you cannot leave your car there. Additionally, the continental breakfast starts at like 7 am, so with an early flight and the fact that we had to move the car negated the breakfast… anyway more clarity on the shuttle would be helpful. Thanks

Very clean, room was beautiful. Staff was extremely nice, breakfast was fantastic! We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Walking distance to Allstate Arena. So didn’t have to bother with parking and all of that.

I was debating on whether or not to give the 5 star. Everything was great, except for the rude woman cleaning the breakfast area. She definitely needs basic customer service training. Her overall nasty attitude ruins the breakfast experience. Even my 9yr old noticed and was uncomfortable. To the point that she prefered we finish our breakfast back in our room. Room was great, very clean! Super comfy beds!
