After a terrible hotel experience during our stay at another hotel, this was a truly refreshing surprise! The hotel was beautiful & clean & the staff was the friendliest I’ve encountered. We spent part of the evening eating & talking with friends in the lobby. I couldn’t help but notice how the desk staff’s positive attitude impacted so many guests dealing with travel delays.

If you are going to build a hotel facing a major road, you should have invested in beter soundproofing (windows). The traffic noise kept me up most of the night. As well, the water pipes were also loud, when the upper floors drained their toilets, bathtubs. Most likely won't stay here again
