My wife and I were very impressed with our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. The location was convenient, hospitality was great, the employees were exceptional, the rooms were comfortable, the layout of the rooms were well designed. We will definitely stay at this location in the near future!

I didn’t like the fact the pool had to must chlorine and when I wanted to check out early they still charged me for the whole stay when I had a emergency and didn’t explain that when I checked out.

The room was beautiful. Unfortunately some minor things we noticed was the shampoo was very low in the bottle when showering last night. We were only bummed about the breakfast ending 4 minutes early because we and I noticed some other guests were going to go back for more food as well. Our stay was overall great and I would recommend it. We didn’t use the pool or fitness room as we were only here for a concert (Vampires Ball). The location of the hotel is very convenient to the Epiphany Hall and right outside the hotel is this cute, easily accessible food area. We took advantage of that for dinner the night before. All of the staff was very polite and friendly which made them very easy to joke around with. The security in place is truly a blessing. Access to the building and rooms are so restricted, it definitely made us feel safe being from out of town. Thanks for having us!

I like the hotel. It’s close to the hospital and colleges. They charge a lot for parking which I don’t like but that’s the way all hotels in Chicago are.

It’s a nice hotel and close for the hospital and schools. Plenty of options for dining within a couple hundred yards if the hotel. Hotel parking will cost $35 plus $10 in taxes in that. Don’t know how they do the math on that in Chicago but rest assured there going to get theirs.

Elevators were out of service. Front sliding doors didn’t work properly. There were only two carts for the entire hotel for luggage. Terrible facilities. However the the staff was great, cleaning staff was amazing.
